How do I contact Graduate Admissions?

The Graduate Admissions Office will be closed from 16.30 UK time on Wednesday 27th March until 10.00 UK time on Tuesday 2 April for the UK public holiday. 

The best way to contact Graduate Admissions is to use our online query form to send us your question and we’ll reply to you by email as soon we can. We respond to the vast majority of queries within three working days. Please ensure that you select 'Graduate Admissions' from the options. 

The Graduate Admissions Office can also be contacted by telephone 10.00 - 16.30 UK time Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays, on +44(0)1865 270059. 

Application Submission: Occasionally applicants may experience a delay in confirmation of application submission. If you have received confirmation of payment but can still see the 'Edit' button, please  do not attempt to pay again or edit anything in your application. We will treat your application as submitted at the point that your payment was made. You should only contact us if the 'Edit' button remains three hours after you have made your payment.

Many of our administrative teams in academic departments work remotely, so published phone numbers may not be active every day. If you are unable to reach the department by phone, please do so via the email address given on the relevant course page.
